Responsibilities
- Developing position specifications and search strategies
- Conducting industry-specific research and mapping the executive talent landscape
- Contacting prospective candidates and conducting in-depth interviews
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the search process
- Assisting with client relationship management
Requirements
- 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Experience in Executive Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
