Responsibilities

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and manage recruitment marketing plans
• Source candidates using various methods including Boolean search
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates
• Draft phone interview templates and assess candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate offers
• Provide regular reporting of recruiting activities and identify search difficulties

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years' recruiting experience
• Technical recruitment experience required
