Compensation

Base salary of $45,000 with potential to increase to $55,000 after 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Manager to understand customer job openings.
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
• Screen and interview candidates via various methods.
• Coordinate and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts.
• Perform administrative and customer service tasks.
