Responsibilities

• Oversee search projects from beginning to end
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates
• Write candidate and reference reports
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Participate in project meetings and updates
• Mentor and train other associates
• Ensure data quality on the internal database

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in human resources, search or consultancy
• Experience in active candidate identification and sourcing
• Ability to conduct face-to-face interviews
• Strong written communication skills
• Fluency in English; Portuguese preferred
