Responsibilities

• Identify, audit, and onboard tier-1 and tier-2 manufacturers in China
• Manage relationships with international suppliers and monitor key metrics
• Formulate and execute master supply agreements
• Develop centralized procurement strategies across domestic production facilities
• Monitor global market dynamics and commodity pricing indexes
• Partner with Plant Managers and Quality Control teams
• Evaluate and develop partnerships with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels using MRP/ERP software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or Engineering
• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years managing Chinese supplier networks and international logistics
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or CPSM certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin or experience with third-party sourcing agents preferred
