Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing through to placement for manufacturing and GTM sales roles
• Navigate and source talent within the U.S. market effectively
• Conduct structured candidate screens in English to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent pools
• Partner closely with the internal commercial team and client hiring managers
• Manage candidates efficiently through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within recruiting platforms
• Deliver a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting talent within the U.S. market
• Full command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Prior experience or strong familiarity with manufacturing and/or GTM sales positions
