- Source qualified candidates for client job requirements
- Post and monitor job openings on various platforms
- Conduct background/reference checks on candidates
- Maintain a live network of candidates for new requirements
- Deliver excellent contractor-focused service
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in technical/engineering or high volume contract recruitment
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or in a phone-based sales role
