Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies
• Identify potential prospects and represent the client in the marketplace
• Validate potential candidates through reference and source calls
• Develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to clients
• Prepare organized information for client progress reports and meetings
• Contribute to responses for new business inquiries and business development initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent acquisition
• Domain expertise in an industry or functional area is a plus
• Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
• Fluent spoken and written Italian and English

The Associate role requires being in the office a minimum of three days a week, especially in the early stages to build relationships.
