Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build talent pipelines
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media tools
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition
