Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from role briefing to offer stage
• Build partnerships with business areas and candidates
• Drive recruitment strategies focusing on diversity
• Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology
• Provide market condition information to Hiring Managers

Requirements

• Experience in full cycle recruitment
• Prior experience in hiring for Sales and Supply Chain roles
• Strong organization skills
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
