Responsibilities
- Manage project deliverables and ensure quality assurance on recruitment activities
- Build trust with client stakeholders and manage client communications
- Conduct quality checks and ensure data accuracy in systems
- Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience managing a recruiting team of 6
- Prior experience in RPO or Specialty Chemicals & Advanced Materials industry
- Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience
