Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables and ensure quality assurance on recruitment activities
• Build trust with client stakeholders and manage client communications
• Conduct quality checks and ensure data accuracy in systems
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting
• Experience managing a recruiting team of 6
• Prior experience in RPO or Specialty Chemicals & Advanced Materials industry
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience
