Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment of contract/contingent roles
• Conduct manager intake calls and source candidates through staffing agencies
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
• Leverage program data to guide hiring managers on recruitment strategy

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or MSP/Vendor Management
• Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is strongly preferred
