Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support for Project Managers
• Billing support and invoice coordination
• Timesheet tracking and follow-up
• Meeting minutes and action item management
• Maintain project trackers and reporting artifacts
• Coordinate internal requests and stakeholder follow-ups
• Provide general project administration and operational support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business, preferably in staffing or contingent workforce
• Experience supporting Clinical, Medical Device or Pharma staffing programs

Benefits

• Base pay range of $60,000 – $68,000 per year
• Total compensation package including benefits

Additional Information

The role allows for remote work with occasional onsite meetings and travel once or twice a year.
