- Provide administrative and project coordination support for Project Managers
- Billing support and invoice coordination
- Timesheet tracking and follow-up
- Meeting minutes and action item management
- Maintain project trackers and reporting artifacts
- Coordinate internal requests and stakeholder follow-ups
- Provide general project administration and operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business, preferably in staffing or contingent workforce
- Experience supporting Clinical, Medical Device or Pharma staffing programs
