Responsibilities
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
- Conduct high-volume end-to-end recruitment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements
- Keep candidates engaged with timely updates
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting for high-volume recruitment in Healthcare
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media tools
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition
