Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and motivate a team of recruiters
- Build and manage relationships with internal business leaders
- Support in developing and implementing training plans for new recruiters
- Maintain individual recruitment efforts by sourcing and pipelining candidates
- Monitor team performance against goals
- Develop prospecting strategies for recruiting candidates
- Ensure database is maintained with accurate candidate information
- Weekly reporting of recruitment metrics
Requirements
- 3 years related experience in recruitment
- 5 years preferred
- 3 years supervisory experience in sales or staffing industry
- Education field preferred
