Responsibilities
- Train and mentor team members to achieve productivity goals
- Consult clients on market compensation and staffing needs
- Match providers with healthcare facilities based on qualifications and culture fit
- Conduct thorough screening of candidates
- Offer, negotiate, and close offers of employment to candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of successful sales or recruiting experience preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required
