Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity goals and metrics
• Mentor junior recruiters
• Partner with clients to find suitable provider candidates
• Travel to meet clients onsite
• Create effective job advertisements
• Conduct thorough screening of candidates
• Collaborate with clients on interview itineraries
• Negotiate and close offers of employment
• Update internal client and provider database
• Oversee credentials and availability of physician candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-7+ years of successful retained physician recruiting experience
• 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM
• Stable employment history with verifiable references

Additional Information

Up to 30% travel required. A hybrid work schedule is available, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.
