Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates for job openings
• Review and post job adverts on job boards
• Process applications in a timely manner
• Initiate communication with prospective candidates
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through initial interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
• Support recruiters with sourcing-related administrative tasks
• Promote the employer brand to attract candidates
• Coordinate feedback and facilitate the recruitment process
• Engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds

Requirements

• High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Proficiency in various sourcing methods
