Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
• Manage small to medium-sized projects or significant work-streams of complex programs
• Support the design or development of solutions for clients
• Lead consultant for smaller clients and manage client expectations
• Contribute to winning profitable business through research and proposal writing
• Coordinate activities with colleagues across teams and provide guidance to junior colleagues
• Develop internal relationships and identify opportunities for other practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of total rewards experience or relevant work experience in a consulting firm or HR department
• Bachelor’s degree required, relevant Master’s degree preferred
