Responsibilities
- Deliver complex and customized solutions for Total Rewards & Work Measurement projects
- Build data and database related process knowledge
- Participate in APAC initiatives and build relationships across the region
- Lead industry salary survey efforts and build rewards database
- Support the design or development of solutions for clients
- Interact with client executives and support senior colleagues on complex projects
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting
- Experience in reward consulting is a plus
- Fluent in English
