Compensation

Salary Range: $70k - $100k + Uncapped Commissions

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with decision makers in SMB organizations
• Grow existing accounts by building relationships
• Negotiate contracts and staffing engagements
• Build a consistent pipeline of client requisitions
• Employ various prospecting methodologies to gain new clients

Requirements

• 3-4 years of staffing sales experience
• Ability to build client accounts
• Self-motivated and competitive mindset
