Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
• Identify potential prospects and represent the client effectively in the marketplace.
• Validate potential candidates through reference and source calls.
• Develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to clients.
• Communicate effectively with team members and keep them informed of search developments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, strategy consulting, or a relevant professional services environment
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate degree a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Base compensation range of $100,000-130,000 per year
• Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus program

Additional Information

The Associate will ideally be based in the San Francisco Bay area, but other locations may be considered for the right candidate.
