Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Recruiters and Sourcers
- Partner with Engineering stakeholders to translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies
- Drive consistency in interviews and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Contribute to recruiting enablement and new team member onboarding
- Own the end-to-end health of the recruiting pipeline
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
- 2+ years of people management experience leading technical recruiting teams
- Experience hiring for specialized technical roles (AI/ML, Infrastructure, Platform, Security, or similar)
- Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading pipeline data
- Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity
