Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive searches from intake through close
• Partner with Executive Team on hiring strategy
• Drive executive assessment and evaluate candidates
• Build and engage pipelines of Director+ talent
• Deliver market insights to influence hiring decisions

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in executive recruiting
• Proven track record of closing Director+ roles
• Strong experience with executive stakeholders
• Expertise in executive assessment
• Experience managing complex searches
