Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM Recruiters focused on hiring top talent
• Set and drive team goals around pipeline quality, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate hiring needs into sourcing and assessment strategies
• Maintain a clear view of pipeline health across your function
• Champion recruiting process quality and drive consistency in interviews
• Develop and refine frameworks for evaluating candidates
• Contribute to recruiting enablement and onboarding new team members
• Partner with Recruiting Ops, Comp, and Finance on headcount planning

Requirements

• 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
• 2+ years of people management experience leading GTM recruiting teams
• Strong analytical instincts
• Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
