The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $155,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive searches and manage client relationships
- Develop search strategies and position specifications
- Conduct candidate outreach and interviews
- Prepare business development materials
- Mentor junior search professionals
Requirements
- 6+ years professional experience or 5+ years of transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in Executive Search
- Ability to manage searches end to end with minimal supervision
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
