Responsibilities

• Support search execution through market mapping, candidate identification, sourcing, and initial candidate assessment
• Conduct market research to identify target companies and talent pools
• Build long lists of potential candidates aligned with client requirements
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement activities
• Perform resume reviews and preliminary candidate screening
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future search assignments
• Collaborate with consultants and senior team members to execute client mandates

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, talent acquisition, research, or candidate sourcing
• Experience conducting market mapping and candidate identification preferred
• Exposure to search firm, RPO, agency, or in-house recruitment environments advantageous
