Compensation

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies based on client needs
• Conduct Market Driven Interviews and generate leads through proactive recruitment
• Analyze labor market data and hiring trends to guide sourcing strategies
• Manage daily recruitment plan
• Screen, interview, assess, and select qualified candidates
• Enhance the company image in the community through relationships with local organizations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in staffing or direct placement
• Proven record in Direct Hire placement
