Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internship, campus, and early career hiring programs
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and early-career talent communities
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract emerging talent
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders
• Manage multiple high-volume requisitions while ensuring timely communication
• Present offers and explain compensation and benefits
• Support virtual and in-person recruiting events and employer branding activities
• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, human resources, or a related field
