Responsibilities
- Lead executive search projects and advise clients on talent and market insights
- Conduct targeted research and engage with candidates
- Collaborate with consultants and act as project leader
- Support consultants with presentations and pitch-decks
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, social sciences, humanities, science, or a related field
- Relevant experience from research, consulting, executive search, or talent advisory
- Strong analytical skills and business understanding
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-driven personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
