Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with customer accounts in the creative or marketing space
- Source, hire, and place employees that match customer needs
- Analyze market trends for recruiting methods and staffing trends
- Network to establish and grow a talent pipeline
- Research new business opportunities and additional services for current customers
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in staffing or direct placement
- Proven record in Direct Hire placement
