Compensation

The annual base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 USD per year.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various positions across the US, Canada, and Caribbean
• Source, pre-screen, lead interview processes, and manage searches end-to-end
• Create compelling job advertisements for social media and specialized platforms
• Research and experiment with new talent acquisition tools and job boards
• Leverage employer branding resources and promote the company through engaging content
• Participate in strategic recruitment initiatives and process improvement projects
• Utilize data insights to inform recruitment strategies and pipeline building
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies

Requirements

• Experience in screening and interview coordination
• Ability to work with stakeholders across recruiting and hiring teams
• Familiarity with recruiting in Canada
