Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines with a focus on hub-based roles
• Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards and social media
• Review and screen applications to create curated shortlists for recruiters
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and interest
• Develop call logs and outreach campaigns for Talent Acquisition Partners
• Support global employer brand presence through sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate sourcing data and candidate tracking in ATS

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or candidate generation
• Proven track record of building pipelines for hub-based roles or high-volume recruiting needs
• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
