Responsibilities

• Lead the fulfillment of high-volume open vacancies
• Assist in driving best practice across the recruitment life cycle
• Work proactively with the Talent Sourcing team to pipeline candidates
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Communicate market intelligence and act as a Talent Advisor
• Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation
• Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for accurate forecasting
• Coach candidates for interviews and provide feedback

Requirements

• Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment
• Experience within the staffing industry or Corporate HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high pressure environment
