Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Drive structured, consistent interview processes
• Leverage AI tools and labor market platforms for insights
• Set realistic expectations with hiring managers
• Liaison with other Acquisition Partners for seamless handoffs
• Partner with Employer Branding and sourcing teams
• Track and report on key KPIs

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
