Responsibilities

• Identify and engage contractors and construction firms to generate new placement opportunities
• Analyze industry trends and hiring patterns to develop targeted sales strategies
• Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure client agreements
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies
• Source and manage top construction talent for various leadership and skilled roles
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement ensuring quality experiences
• Provide consultative guidance on market conditions and hiring best practices
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with construction hiring managers and decision-makers

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of agency experience in a client-facing or sales-driven role
• Strong understanding of the AEC industry
