Responsibilities

• Conduct full-desk recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience
• Proven knowledge of IT industry trends and recruitment strategies
