Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent physician and APP opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through various sourcing methods
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications and preferences
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the hiring process
• Negotiate compensation packages and employment agreements
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data within CRM and ATS systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience in physician or APP recruiting
• Ability to manage confidential information
