Responsibilities

• Engage with clients for contract renewals and relationship building
• Educate clients on staffing solutions and service offerings
• Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
• Achieve performance goals related to client outreach and renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of previous sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
• Customer-focused mindset
