Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Commercial functions
• Screen and assess candidates, presenting high-quality candidate slates
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights and hiring recommendations
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR to develop competitive offer recommendations
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members, sharing best practices and market knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency setting
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media tools
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and metrics related to talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting for Commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, and Analytics
• Experience within MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries preferred
