Responsibilities

• Lead the fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Undertake end-to-end recruitment activities focusing on both active and passive recruiting
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure a positive experience
• Communicate recruitment trends and act as a Talent Advisor
• Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation
• Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for accurate volume forecasting
• Coach candidates on selection preparation

Requirements

• Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR
• Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or manufacturing is advantageous
• Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable
