Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
• Partner with technical hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term talent acquisition strategies
• Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices and workplace trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience sourcing technical talent
• Experience in product engineering, infrastructure, and/or AI/ML teams
• Success in filling engineering leadership and high-level technical positions
• Experience with high volume pipeline roles
• Proven skill in inclusive and equitable hiring
• Ability to operate with autonomy in fast-paced environments
