Salary range: €65,000 – €80,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Define role requirements with hiring managers
- Drive active sourcing and channel activation
- Conduct pre-screening and screening calls
- Own coordination of hiring processes
- Design and implement recruiting processes
- Develop employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate external HR-adjacent partners
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Establish HR foundations in collaboration with the founding team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven ability to build and implement recruiting processes
- Experience negotiating employment contracts
- Fluency in German
