- Deliver best in class recruitment services to a portfolio of technology clients
- Oversee strategic management of client engagements
- Build and maintain senior relationships with clients

- Define and communicate individual and team metrics
- Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct performance evaluations and execute career development plans
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience within talent acquisition
- Previous experience with Talent Acquisition leadership in the technology sector
- 5+ years of proven success leading and motivating managers
- 5+ years of KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders
- 5+ years of stakeholder management and influencing skills
- 5+ years of interacting with senior leadership/director level
- Bachelor's degree
