Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring engine end-to-end
• Design and scale recruiting processes and workflows
• Partner with founders and team leads to define role expectations
• Build and develop People systems over time
• Develop and own employer brand to attract top talent
• Build and nurture a talent network across universities and startups

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent, People, or org development
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaleup
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruiting
• Experience building employer brand and talent pipelines
