Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Utilize candidate networks and databases to source IT talent
- Select candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain contact with them
- Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience
- Strong ability to review and understand IT requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
