Responsibilities
- Create and execute project work plans
- Ensure search requests are clearly defined
- Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to the client
- Prepare and participate in project reviews with client and senior management
- Manage day-to-day client interaction
- Conduct effective performance evaluations and help execute career development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or 10-15 years of equivalent work experience
- 10-15 years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition
- Experience leading TA teams of 100+ in complex environments
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices
- Experience with senior level stakeholder management
