Responsibilities

  • Create and execute project work plans
  • Ensure search requests are clearly defined
  • Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies
  • Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to the client
  • Prepare and participate in project reviews with client and senior management
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction
  • Conduct effective performance evaluations and help execute career development plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or 10-15 years of equivalent work experience
  • 10-15 years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience leading TA teams of 100+ in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices
  • Experience with senior level stakeholder management
