• Build market intelligence across priority technology disciplines
• Use data and insight to improve search quality and candidate experience

Requirements

• Experience in executive talent acquisition or retained search
• Strong network and market knowledge across senior technology talent
• Proven ability to engage passive executive candidates
• Knowledge of executive compensation and hiring governance
