(Senior) Associate – Executive Search - Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of executive search engagements from start to finish
• Manage key stages of the search process to ensure high standards of delivery
• Identify, qualify, and develop senior candidate pipelines within Financial Services
• Engage with candidates professionally and credibly
• Maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information
• Contribute market insight and intelligence to Consultants
• Identify potential business development opportunities
• Support the preparation of client-facing documentation and presentations

Requirements

• Executive search experience within Financial Services or a closely related sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
