Responsibilities

• Support financial performance across Medicare Advantage
• Build and enhance analytical tools for revenue projection
• Review risk score development and revenue performance
• Support financial cycles including budgeting and performance reporting
• Develop models to project future revenue and claims cost
• Analyze claims and membership data to identify trends
• Track financial and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes

Requirements

• Medicare Advantage actuarial experience
• Working knowledge of CMS risk adjustment, RAF calculations, and HCC models
• 2-5 years of relevant healthcare actuarial experience
• 3+ actuarial exams, likely at Pre-ASA or ASA level
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or a related discipline
