Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and administer sales incentive compensation plans
• Analyze incentive plan effectiveness and provide recommendations
• Oversee commission calculations and validation processes
• Conduct complex compensation analyses and develop dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation-related initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation, commissions, or compensation consulting
• Experience designing and administering sales compensation and commission programs
• Experience with commission calculations and adjustments
